30 Days of Art Therapy

What if art could do more than express — what if it could truly heal?

YOUR EXPERT GUIDE

Amanda is an internationally exhibited visual artist and art historian whose creations invite reflection, mystery, and layered interpretation. With academic training in literature and contemporary art — including specialization from MoMA — and hands-on experience as a tattoo artist and exhibiting painter, Amanda brings a rare synthesis of intuitive depth and symbolic clarity to every project. Her creative practice explores themes of transformation, identity, and memory, often rooted in archetypal and dreamlike imagery.

She co-developed Art Therapy: 30 Days of Creative Emotional Healing with psychologist and trauma researcher Elina, integrating her expertise in art history, visual storytelling, and emotional symbolism into a deeply therapeutic and accessible experience.
